We are registration
of Trade and Industrial department of Hong Kong.
Liabilities:
Owner of the goods are advised to cover their goods with appropriate insurance, as a coverage whenever there's unfavorable loss/damage/missing or any other related monetary loss occurred. In the meantime, Marshal Freight International Limited will be liable for the service we provided, that includes and subject to:
- Freight service: with accordance to the "General Terms & Conditions" endorsed on HBL/HAWB of Marshal Freight International Limited, against customers' requested, whichever is lower.
- Customs Brokerage service: Maximum liability occurred from brokerage service, including clearance, duty dealing with the Government Customs Authorities on customers' behalf, is limited to USD 1000 per shipment for DAP/DDU/DDP shipments or whichever there's above mentioned service provided.
- Warehouse service: Our liability in transportation of your goods within confines of the colony of Hong Kong is limited to HKD 20.00 per kg or HKD 200.00 per package/carton, subject to maximum liability of HKD 2,000.00 per job, with proof of value, whichever is the least.
Exclusions:
Marshal Freight Int'l Ltd can, by no means be liable for the loss or damage occurred to the goods, if occasioned by one or more of the following circumstances:
- The negligence of the client or his authorized representative.
- The lack of, or defective packing, markings or stowage, in so far as Marshal Freight Int'l Ltd has not executed the packing, markings or stowage. Marshal Freight Int'l Ltd shall also have no liability for packing of goods, of which it cannot verify the contents.
- War, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, usurped power or confiscation, nationalization or requisition by or under the orders of any government or public or local authority.
- Damages caused by nuclear energy.
- Natural disasters.
- Act of god.
- Act of robbery.
- Circumstances with Marshal Freight Int'l Ltd could not avoid and the consequences of which it was unable to prevent.
- Inherent vice and nature of the goods.
All above terms are subject to change with or without prior notice.
